Meditation…... is that what you really think???

Have you ever tried meditating.. ??. Quite cool.. You must try it ! You dont have to be a yogi to do that :)

In SL when people go old., they all go to meditate .. to meditation centers .. What do they try to achieve at that age?? Is it fear of death???, thinking of a better life in their next soul? Because they don’t have anything else to do at home? or is it for true self awareness?? I just can’t figure out. Lately I had a friend, every time she broke up with a guy, she goes for meditating.. (Shan**a hope you are not reading my blog :)) She called it recovery and re initialization process :-) I really don’t understand that either ..Because you don’t meditate on your problems in order to solve them, but through meditation you can have a clear mind, which helps solving your problems in a better way

For me., meditation means a process of resolving conflicts. It’s the most simple process in the earth of becoming aware of who you really are. Meditation helps us to systematically explore our inner dimensions.

From our childhood we are trained and guided to explore the outer world and learn., but we miss the point of exploring our own selves. What ever we do in the external world, will not produce the results what we want unless we achieve the Inner Balancing. Again , meditation is the simplest way to achieve that “Inner balance “

You can meditate on your own., you can simply concentrate on your breathing.. and not think ok anything else at that moment., Its quite difficult to do., there are so many thoughts floating in to our mind when we start meditating., but that’s no problem., problem is our reaction to those disturbances.

Dear Yoga Style,

One of the article groups on my site is Health & Fitness ... while searching for details on meditation, I came across " Meditation…... is that what you really think??? ".

It is widely accepted that a lot of the best articles on the internet is created by individuals who blog ... good quality content without the bias and waffle often found elsewhere.

Judging by your blog content I believe you are interested in meditation, and will therefore find our Health & Fitness category to be of interest. I am frequently looking for individuals to submit articles on their pet subjects and help me to build the directory to everyone's benefit. As a contributor, you get the recognition of having your article published and seen by thousands of web users. The pride and satisfaction of seeing your article published in a prestige directory is hard to beat.

Few of us are gifted with the ability to write to professional standards of grammatical correctness ... as a result, many bloggers don't bother to have their articles published.

I accept articles written in an informal style that matches your personality and fits in with your article content. I also welcome articles that are uniquely based on your personal knowledge, experiences and opinions. All I ask is that your articles do not contain vulgar language, incite hatred or generally offensive.

There are no costs involved ... please come over and have a look at my blog articles directory for yourself.

Kind Wishes
Emily
